FAQs

Is the FirstBank Institution NMLS# required?

There is not a federal requirement to have the institution NMLS in your email signature. Many choose to include it (when applicable) as a best practice, so add at your discretion. As you all know, you are required to have your personal NMLS#.

Is the Equal Housing Lender logo required?

This is a requirement for advertisements but not your email signature.

Should I include my email address?

You can definitely add this to your email signature, if you’d like. I should have included that in the discretionary list!

Can I include my certifications?

If you hold nationally recognized/accredited industry-related certifications, this may be added at your discretion.
